Job Title: Solutions Engineer

About CloudFuze:
CloudFuze is a cloud migration and SaaS management platform serving enterprise clients, with offices in Bangalore and the US.
About the Role:
You'll be the technical bridge between sales and delivery for deals — running technical discovery, designing solutions, and ensuring what's sold can be delivered cleanly.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales with technical discovery calls — assess prospect environment, data volume, and migration complexity
- Design and present solution architectures for cloud migration and SaaS management engagements
- Run technical demos and POCs tailored to prospect use cases
- Scope effort and flag technical risk pre-close
- Write technical sections of proposals and SOWs
- Hand off clear technical requirements to delivery/migration teams post-close
- Maintain working knowledge of supported platforms: M365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Box, Dropbox
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Pre-sales role — SaaS or cloud infrastructure background
- Hands-on experience with cloud collaboration platforms (M365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, or similar)
- Able to lead technical conversations directly with enterprise IT/infra stakeholders
- Strong at translating technical detail into business language for sales and prospects
- Familiarity with APIs, data migration concepts, or SaaS integrations — a plus
Preferred:
- Experience in cloud migration or IT infrastructure vendor space
