About the Role:At Magic Aisles, we specialize in cutting-edge warehouse automation, innovative racking systems, and smart storage solutions. We are seeking an analytical, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Solution Designer to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating client storage requirements into highly efficient, space-optimized 2D/3D layouts and technical proposals. Whether you are a recent graduate with strong core skills or an experienced designer looking for your next challenge, this role offers tremendous opportunity for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Layout & Spatial Design: Draft, design, and optimize warehouse layouts, racking configurations, and material handling workflows using AutoCAD.
- Data Analysis & Calculations: Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform inventory profiling, storage capacity calculations, throughput analysis, and Bill of Materials (BOM) generation.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams to design customized storage and automation solutions tailored to client needs.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare accurate layout drawings, technical specifications, and presentation materials for client proposals.
- Process Improvement: Assist in evaluating space utilization and recommending layout adjustments for maximum operational efficiency and safety compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years (Passionate freshers with strong academic projects or drafting skills are explicitly invited to apply).
- Technical Proficiency:
- AutoCAD: Solid hands-on experience in 2D drafting and layout planning (3D modeling knowledge is a strong plus).
- Microsoft Excel: High proficiency in spreadsheets, formulas, data tables, and data organization for technical calculations.
