Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Solution Design Engineer based in Bangalore Urban, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Solution Design Engineer will play a key role in creating robust automation solutions to meet client requirements. Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical design tasks, creating and reviewing product designs, and developing detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions and ensuring projects align with client specifications and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design, with experience in creating innovative and efficient solutions
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with an ability to integrate concepts into cohesive designs
- Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating detailed 2D and 3D models
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality design implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline) or equivalent experience
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
- Prior experience in automation or supply chain industries is a plus
- Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly
