About the RoleWe are seeking an Analytics Consultant – Web & Mobile (Implementation) to deploy and optimise digital analytics solutions using platforms like Heap and Contentsquare.
This role focuses on event tracking, implementation, and enabling clients to leverage behavioural data for product, marketing, and growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities1. Technical & Domain Expertise- Analyse web and mobile behavioural data to uncover user patterns and recommend product and marketing optimisations.
- Deploy and configure product analytics tools (Heap, Contentsquare) for event tagging, data capture, and KPI alignment.
- Guide client technical teams in defining tracking requirements using HTML, CSS selectors, and JavaScript for web element mapping.
- Implement and validate event tracking to ensure accurate and reliable data capture.
- Integrate analytics SDKs within mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin) and align with tools like Firebase Analytics or Adjust.
- Conduct QA audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Develop detailed tracking plans and implementation documentation.
2. Mobile App Analytics- Support mobile analytics implementation across acquisition, engagement, retention, and user experience tracking.
- Measure funnels, drop-offs, engagement metrics, and retention indicators.
- Collaborate on A/B testing strategies and UX optimisation initiatives.
- Recommend best practices for mobile metrics frameworks and data governance.
3. Marketing Analytics & Attribution- Design and implement UTM tracking frameworks for multi-channel campaigns.
- Configure multi-touch attribution models to evaluate paid vs. organic acquisition paths.
- Integrate marketing data sources with analytics platforms for ROI measurement.
- Partner with marketing teams to analyse campaign performance and optimise acquisition strategies.
- Consolidate insights from CRM, CDP, and automation tools to build end-to-end user journey views.
4. Client Engagement & Delivery- Translate business requirements into structured tracking and analytics implementation plans.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects within agreed timelines.
- Conduct workshops, enablement sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain proactive communication and build long-term client relationships.
- Provide ongoing advisory support to maximise analytics platform value realisation.
5. Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving- Convert business challenges into measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Break down ambiguous requirements into structured, scalable solutions.
- Research technical alternatives to overcome implementation constraints.
- Apply industry best practices across:
- Acquisition: Channel attribution, UTM governance, multi-touch analysis
- Engagement & Retention: Behavioural segmentation, journey optimisation
- Customer Experience: Identifying friction points via behavioural and experience analytics
RequirementsEssential- Hands-on implementation experience with one or more analytics platforms: Heap, Contentsquare, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics (GA4/360).
- Experience configuring events, conversions, tracking plans, and data layers.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience in instrumenting mobile analytics SDKs.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics fundamentals (UTM parameters, attribution models, paid vs. organic analysis).
- Familiarity with ETL and BI tools (e.g., BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau) for validation and reporting.
- Strong analytical reasoning and ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across developers, marketers, and product teams.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with session replay and heatmapping tools.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or similar).
- SQL proficiency for advanced data analysis.
- Experience delivering analytics projects for US or European clients.
- Exposure to server-side tracking implementations.
- Knowledge of mobile acquisition and retention metric frameworks.
