We are looking for a technically sharp and functionally mature Senior Consultant to serve as the right-hand to our Practice Director – Data & Analytics. This is a high-impact, client-facing role at the intersection of delivery leadership, technical solutioning, and business development. The ideal candidate brings hands-on depth in data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics, combined with the maturity to drive pre-sales conversations and craft winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities
▪Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering and analytics engagements.
▪Act as the primary point of escalation for project teams; ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
▪Define delivery frameworks, review technical architectures, and enforce best practices across projects.
▪Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; conduct code/design reviews.
- Technical Solutioning & Architecture
▪Design scalable, cloud-native data solutions (pipelines, warehouses, lakehouse architectures).
▪Lead solution design sessions with clients; translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
▪Evaluate and recommend tooling across ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization layers.
▪Drive PoCs and reference architecture development to support presales.
- Pre-Sales & Proposal Support
▪Partner closely with the Practice Director in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and EOIs.
▪Develop high-quality technical proposals, effort estimates, and solution decks for data & analytics deals.
▪Lead client discovery workshops; articulate solution value and competitive differentiation.
▪Build reusable proposal assets, case studies, and capability collateral.
- Practice & Capability Building
▪Contribute to practice growth by developing accelerators, frameworks, and IP assets.
▪Stay current with emerging trends (GenAI on data, real-time analytics, data mesh, etc.) and bring insights to the team.
▪Participate in community events, thought leadership, and internal knowledge sharing.
