As a Business Solution Architect at GoComet, you are the strategic consultant for our largest enterprise clients. You don't just uncover Enterprise Use-cases; you re-engineer how Fortune 500 companies move goods across the globe. You will bridge the gap between business challenges and our AI-powered automation suite, ensuring that every deployment delivers massive ROI.
Responsibilities
- Consultative Solutioning: Lead deep-dive workshops with C-suite and Supply Chain heads across North America, Europe, and SE Asia to map "As-Is" processes and design high-efficiency "To-Be" architectures.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive the full lifecycle of complex deployments from initial scoping and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensuring the successful adoption of the product.
- Strategic Product Partnership: Act as a Co-Pilot to the Product Management team. You aren't just passing on your customer understanding; you are a strategic peer who identifies market-wide gaps and directly influences the core product roadmap based on high-value client needs.
- Value Realisation: Define and track KPIs (e. g., freight cost reduction, man-hour savings), ensuring the solution translates into tangible business value for global stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate efforts between Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to ensure "zero-friction" delivery of bespoke solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or Solution Architecture
- Analytical Rigour: You can deconstruct a chaotic manual process into a structured, automated workflow using advanced process mapping.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise SaaS is highly preferred.
- Education: An MBA from a premier institute is preferred.
- Global Mindset: Experience or comfort in managing stakeholders across different time zones and cultural business contexts.
