🔹 Key Skills:

• Solution architecture and end to end solution design

• Stakeholder management including executive engagement

• Bid management and commercial solutioning

• Requirement gathering and business analysis

• Cloud compute and technology strategy

• Service delivery optimisation and performance monitoring

• Risk management and governance

• Agile methodologies and programme delivery

• Vendor management and negotiation

• Proposal development and customer presentations

🔹 Specialisation Areas (One or More):

• SD WAN and DC technologies

• WLAN and Cisco Meraki solutions

• Unified communications such as Webex Calling and Zoom

• Contact centre platforms like Genesys Cloud, Avaya or Webex CC

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead solution architecture for complex multi geography bids up to £100M TCV

• Translate business requirements into scalable and deliverable technical solutions

• Drive collaboration across virtual technical, service and delivery teams

• Design innovative and repeatable architecture patterns

• Mentor solution architects and contribute to architecture strategy

• Ensure governance alignment with enterprise architecture guardrails

• Support transition and transformation programmes
