Job Description:
Solution Architect (SAP S/4HANA Transformation)
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead and drive enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programs. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP solution architecture, digital transformation, migration strategies, and enterprise integration across complex business environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable SAP solutions, defining transformation roadmaps, and ensuring successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture design and solution strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• Define target SAP landscape, integration architecture, and migration approach. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand transformation requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Drive SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and modernization programs.
• Conduct solution workshops, architecture reviews, and fit-gap analysis.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Provide technical leadership across implementation, rollout, and transformation phases.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Define governance standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.
• Support program planning, estimations, risk assessments, and delivery execution.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions and provide strategic recommendations for SAP transformation.
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Expertise in SAP architecture and enterprise solution design. • Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid implementation approaches.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration frameworks and middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
• Experience in SAP landscape planning, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP processes and integrations.
• Ability to handle large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Technical Expertise:
• SAP S/4HANA • SAP ECC
• SAP Fiori
• SAP BTP
• SAP CPI / Integration Suite
• SAP Solution Manager
• SAP Basis Architecture
• Data Migration & Cutover Planning
Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in global transformation programs.
• Exposure to multi-country SAP rollouts and enterprise environments.
• Experience managing stakeholder communication across business and IT teams.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA or related technologies is preferred.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree or SAP certifications will be an added advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and collaborative environments. .
