🚀 We're Hiring | Solution Architect / Lead – Microsoft Business Applications & Azure
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team and help deliver innovative Microsoft solutions for global customers.
What You'll Do
🔹 Lead customer discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft solution architectures.
🔹 Design and architect enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Azure, and the Power Platform.
🔹 Partner with Sales teams during pre-sales engagements by leading solution discussions, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, conducting product demonstrations, and providing effort estimations.
🔹 Drive end-to-end project delivery, providing technical leadership throughout implementation, integration, testing, UAT, and go-live.
🔹 Define integration architecture using Azure services, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
🔹 Mentor technical and functional teams, conduct architecture reviews, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
🔹 Advise customers on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and automation to accelerate business transformation.
What We're Looking For
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Business Applications consulting
✔️ Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations, and Business Central
✔️ Hands-on experience with Azure and enterprise integrations
✔️ Experience leading solution architecture, customer engagements, and enterprise implementations
✔️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
