What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with proven expertise in the INSUREMO platform to lead solution design and API integration across core insurance functions — administration, policy, and claims. This role is pivotal in shaping enterprise-grade insurance technology solutions for our clients in the KSA region.
Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based 6 months position for a Solution Architect - InsureMO in KSA. The selected candidate will lead the design and implementation of InsureMO platform solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with industry standards. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, defining technical requirements, providing consulting expertise, and enabling seamless integration of solutions into existing systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Architect and design solutions leveraging INSUREMO platform capabilities.
- Lead API integration across admin, policy, claims, and other insurance sector modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation.
- Deliver solution documentation, integration blueprints, and technical roadmaps.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture within the insurance technology domain.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with the INSUREMO platform.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes (policy administration, claims management, underwriting).
- Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying, interpreting, and solving complex technical challenges
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Consulting, with a focus on identifying and addressing client needs effectively
- Customer Service expertise to understand and prioritize client requirements
- Proficiency in Sales to support solution alignment with business objectives
- Knowledge of the InsureMO platform insurance technology solutions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and system integration best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
