Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI transformation programs. This role will be responsible for designing scalable AI solutions, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensuring successful implementation of AI, Data Engineering, and Modern Data Platform initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and customer-facing experience, enabling organizations to modernize data platforms and operationalize Enterprise AI at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-scale solution architectures across Data Engineering, Modern Data Platforms, Enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of AI transformation engagements.
- Provide architectural leadership across Data Platforms, AI applications, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams across AI, Data Engineering, and Platform Engineering.
- Establish architecture standards, engineering best practices, and delivery governance.
- Conduct solution reviews and ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers.
- Build reusable AI accelerators, reference architectures, and delivery frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Client Engagement teams to support solutioning and strategic pursuits.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise Data Platform and AI solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in Data Engineering, Enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience architecting cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale implementation programs and technical teams.
- Excellent consulting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Fortune 1000 customers and complex enterprise transformation programs is preferred.
