Job Description
We are assisting our client to recruit a high-impact CI Process Automation Solution Architect to modernize and transform enterprise software delivery capabilities across global engineering teams. This role is accountable for designing scalable CI/CD architecture, improving engineering productivity, enabling DevSecOps practices, and driving AI-enabled automation initiatives across cloud-native and hybrid ecosystems.
This is not a traditional DevOps support role. The position requires a hands-on architect capable of building enterprise-grade automation platforms, influencing engineering transformation, and accelerating software delivery maturity at scale.
Role expectation
Within the first 12–18 months, the architect is expected to:
- Establish a standardized enterprise CI/CD architecture
- Improve deployment velocity and release reliability
- Reduce manual engineering effort through automation

Required Experience
- 10+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering
- 5+ years in architecture or enterprise technical leadership roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise CI/CD transformation programs
- Experience working in large enterprise or GCC environments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience
