Solution Architect :
- Strong experience in System Design & Distributed Architecture.
- Expertise in Microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven systems (Kafka or similar).
- Hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot), multithreading, concurrency, performance tuning.
- Experience designing scalable, resilient, high-availability systems.Strong understanding of SDLC, architecture governance, and design reviews.
- Data Engineering:Designing ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow / ADF / Glue or similar).Strong understanding of batch & streaming architectures.
- Experience with Data Lakes & Warehouses (Snowflake / BigQuery / Delta / Databricks).Data ingestion strategies (CDC, streaming, bulk loads).
- Data lineage, metadata, and observability concepts.Data Modelling & SQL:OLTP & OLAP data modelling.Dimensional modelling (Star/Snowflake schema).
- Strong SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, query optimization).Indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning.Coding & DevOps:Strong hands-on coding (Java mandatory).
- Strong DS & Algo problem-solving ability.
- CI/CD understanding.Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
Stakeholder & Leadership:
Experience working with product owners and business stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable architecture.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading design discussions.
Good to Have:
Cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Lakehouse architecture exposure.
LLMOps / GenAI system design knowledge.
Pre-sales or consulting exposure.
Performance & scalability benchmarking.
