• Lead by example through hands-on architecture prototyping, code reviews, and technical spike work
• Guide and architect the adoption of GenAI-driven automation and agentic development.
• Architect complex, distributed systems for scalability, resilience, and maintainability
• Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure software architectures across multiple business domains
• Lead the transformation to a best-in-breed microservices environment
• Drive innovation by integrating cutting-edge solutions into the development ecosystem
• Develop and maintain the architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Establish architectural governance frameworks and decision-making processes
• Evaluate and select technologies, platforms, and tools for enterprise-wide adoption
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural patterns
• Design integration patterns and API strategies across heterogeneous systems
• Define data architecture strategies for both relational and NoSQL environments
• Establish security frameworks and standards for enterprise-grade solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior developers and engineering teams
• Partner with C-level executives, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural solutions
• Define technical strategies for program delivery, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership teams
• Identify opportunities for development process improvements and engineering efficiency gains
• Optimize development workflows and tooling in coordination with global engineering stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development practices and delivery methodologies
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale distributed software architectures
• Strategic thinking and proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Extensive experience designing and implementing microservices architectures
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and API design patterns
• Expert in designing integration architectures using API gateways, ESB platforms, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), event streaming, and real-time data synchronization patterns
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture patterns, multi-cloud strategies, and on-premises datacenter architectures.
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration strategies
• Expertise in observability strategies, performance engineering, and production reliability frameworks (SRE principles)
• Proficiency across multiple languages (C#/.NET, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Rust)
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and vector databases; ensuring governance, security, and cost control
• Expert in CI/CD pipeline architecture and deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, progressive delivery)
• Expertise in designing data architecture using relational and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization and data modeling
• Deep understanding of network protocols, enterprise networking infrastructure, and SDN/NFV
• Experience with enterprise security architecture, including zero-trust models, encryption, identity management, and threat Skill :
• Open-Source Leadership : Active contributor or maintainer of significant open-source projects
• Emerging Technologies : Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI/ML integration, edge computing, or IoT architecture
• Multi-Industry Experience : Background across retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain domains
• Certifications : Enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
