What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Orchestrator product line, focusing on Cloud native service orchestration. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for design and developing the product strategy, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Product Development:
· Oversee the product development lifecycle from a product management perspective.
· Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business goals and customer needs.
· Define product requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and prioritise features and enhancements
Requirements Management:
· Customer Scope and requirement review, analyse and translate into Jira EPICs and user stories clearly mentioning the description, acceptance criteria and business outcome
· Identify product enhancement ideas and translate into Jira EPIC and user stories clearly mentioning the description, acceptance criteria and business outcome
· Manage the product backlog and ensure clear inputs are provided timely to the Engineering team
· Evaluate technical feasibility with Engineering team and assess the development estimates and delivery timelines
· Identify dependencies on other functions and modules (FCAPs, AI-Data, Customer, Lab etc.)
Sprint Planning and Delivery validation
· Align with Engineering team ensuring timely delivery of the required features
· Ensure delivery quality as per requirement and finalized design.
· Review the release artifacts e.g., release notes, test reports, HLD, product user guide, LLD etc.
Collaboration with other Product owners and stakeholders
· Drive requirement towards other products for dependencies
· Highlight risk related to other dependent features or requirements
Product Pre-Sales support:
· Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales activities.
· Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to prospective clients.
Product Competitive Analysis Support:
· Support conducting thorough competitive analysis to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
· Use insights from competitive analysis to inform product strategy and development.
Research and Innovation:
· Continuously research emerging topics in Service Orchestration & Telco Automation space.
· Propose changes to the existing architecture to incorporate new advancements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science and/or related field.
· 15+ years of professional experience in product management and solution architecture.
· Proven expertise in traditional and O-RAN architecture, technology and use cases.
· Experience of the RAN solutions, AI/ML based RAN analytics, Policy based automation, Non-RT-RIC, Near-RT-RIC platform capabilities and rApps/xApps
· Experience in RAN network function orchestration with end-to-end understanding of RAN cloud native applications architecture and interfaces.
· Experience in RAN applications performance management, fault management and configuration management.
· Experience in designing and developing machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications.
· Experience in Machine Learning techniques, natural language processing, neural Networks.
· Experience in data structure, data management and related techniques.
· Solutions orientated within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment.
· Exceptional customers experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
· Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
· Expertise in evaluating and managing technical product, risks, and the associated complexity (system and infrastructure)
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Experience in communicating and influencing at senior management and executive level.
· Relevant certifications in the RAN domain, Solution Architecture are a plus.
