- A systems thinker who designs for scalability, security, resilience, maintainability, and long-term platform success.
- Influential without direct authority and effective at driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
Your Experience Includes
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Technical Product Leadership, Customer Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles within enterprise SaaS organizations.
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, lead discovery, shape technical strategy, design solutions, and drive adoption.
- Strong solution architecture experience, including APIs, integrations, workflow design, data models, enterprise platforms, governance controls, security, and scalable implementation patterns.
- Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product direction and solve complex customer challenges.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
