Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in application architecture, system modernization, and architectural estimation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions while driving rearchitecting initiatives for enterprise applications.
This role requires strong technical depth in architecture patterns, microservices, and system design along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-aligned technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-level and low-level architectural solutions for enterprise applications
- Create and maintain architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical artifacts to visualize system interactions and structures
- Lead application rearchitecting and modernization initiatives to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Apply appropriate architecture patterns and design principles to ensure scalable and resilient solutions
- Conduct architecture estimation and effort planning for projects and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution teams, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive adoption of SOA and Microservices-based architectures across projects
- Perform architecture assessments and gap analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate architecture governance, design reviews, and technical discussions with cross-functional teams
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and best practices
- Mentor junior architects and development teams on architectural methodologies and implementation approaches
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, architecture trends, and modernization frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or related roles
- Strong expertise in :

- Hands-on experience designing :
- Distributed systems
- Scalable enterprise applications

- Experience conducting :
- Architecture assessments

Good To Have Skills
- Experience with :
- Cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Containerization and orchestration technologies
- DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Exposure to enterprise integration frameworks and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks and viewpoints (TOGAF or similar)
