Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced technology leader with expertise in process automation, AI-driven transformation, and Azure technology stack, with ability to lead large-scale digital initiatives with focus on Fintech and Risk domain.
Key Responsibilities
AI Governance and Automation Processes
• Design and implement enterprise-grade intelligent agents using AI/GenAI frameworks tailored for financial services, capital markets, and index operations.
• Integrate GenAI and automation solutions into banking, lending, trading, risk, and index management workflows to drive measurable business impact. Solutioning & Technology Consulting
• Lead solution architecture design for complex enterprise environments, with a focus on financial products, risk processes, market data, and index computation ecosystems.
• Provide strategic technology consulting to senior stakeholders across banks, fintechs, asset managers, index providers, and rating agencies, ensuring alignment with industry-specific regulatory and business priorities.
Process Automation & Optimization
• Identify automation opportunities within financial instruments lifecycle, risk analytics, credit workflows, and index operations using AI, NLP, and workflow orchestration.
• Deploy automation and AI-led solutions to enhance portfolio monitoring, market data processing, and financial reporting, driving operational efficiency and accuracy.
Transformation Leadership
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps leveraging AI, automation, and cloud technologies to modernize financial services and index-related processes.
• Drive change management within regulated environments, ensuring compliance with Basel norms, PCI, ISO, and other financial regulations.
Azure Tech Stack Expertise
• Architect and implement solutions using Azure services (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Azure Bot Framework, Azure OpenAI) for financial data engineering, risk modelling, and index analytics use cases.
• Ensure compliance, scalability, and security of cloud deployments aligned with financial industry standards. Enterprise-Level Delivery
• Lead multi-functional teams across geographies for large-scale implementations in banking, capital markets, fintech, and index businesses.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for enterprise transformation programs within regulated financial environments.
Core Competencies
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to identify automation opportunities in financial and risk workflows
• Design innovative, scalable solutions leveraging Azure AI, GenAI, and automation technologies.
• Present proposals to senior stakeholders, showcasing business value and ROI.
• Act as a bridge between business and tech teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Lead a Tech-Enabled Research CoE focused on AI/GenAI for solutioning, testing, and implementation.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Over 14+ years of experience technology consulting, AI/GenAI solutioning, and enterprise transformation
• Experience transitioning from traditional AI/NLP to GenAI.
• Solid understanding of risk management and enterprise-level deployments. Preferred Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Azure tech stack (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, OpenAI).
• Experience in process automation (RPA, workflow optimization) and solution architecture.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
