About The Role
- Hiring for a Product-Led Tech Lead with strong engineering and product experience to bridge business and technology teams. The role involves owning product clarity, system architecture, sprint delivery, integrations, and vendor coordination.
- This is a hybrid role combining technical leadership, product ownership, and execution management.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical product specifications
- Own system design, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs
- Review backend code, APIs, and implementation quality
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate with external vendors and engineering teams
- Handle CRM workflows, integrations, and internal systems
- Support hiring, mentoring, and team scaling initiatives
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years total experience with ~5 years in backend/full-stack engineering
- ~2 years in Product, Technical PM, or hybrid Tech/Product role
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, and BRDs
- Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and data flows
- Experience with CRM systems, automation workflows, or integrations
- Strong system thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ownership mindset with strong delivery focus
- Experience in Hospitality, Marketplace, or SaaS domain
- Familiarity with MySQL, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Experience working with offshore vendors or distributed teams
