Role Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Practice Solution Architect to lead our Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace solution offerings. This senior role will drive partnership strategies, practice development, presales engagements, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and modern workplace transformations, with a proven track record of shaping high-impact digital workplace solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership: Lead the architecture, design, and roadmap of Modern Workplace solutions including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Windows 11, Microsoft Co-pilot, Viva, Power Platform, VDI, and Cloud Desktop.
• Practice Development: Build and scale solution offerings, establish execution frameworks, reusable assets, and drive differentiation in the marketplace.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with Microsoft and other ecosystem partners. Stay aligned with product roadmaps, co-innovation opportunities, and GTM initiatives.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and industry events to establish thought leadership in the Modern Workplace domain.
• Client Engagement: Lead consulting engagements with enterprise clients, understanding business needs and crafting scalable, secure, and intelligent workplace solutions.
• Pre-sales & Solutioning: Support sales and presales teams in opportunity qualification, RFP responses, proposals, and executive presentations. Deliver compelling demos, POCs, and client workshops.
• Delivery Governance: Guide delivery teams during implementation phases. Define architecture governance, reusable standards, automation frameworks, and best practices.
• Innovation & Future of Work: Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and intelligent workplace solutions to redefine employee experience and productivity.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience:
• 15+ years of total IT or Digital Workplace experience.
• 10+ years specifically in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Proven experience in practice building, presales, consulting, and large-scale project delivery.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD, and Security & Compliance.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Copilot, Viva, and integration with AI/automation solutions.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, endpoint security, compliance, and governance.
• Consulting & Communication:
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, including CXO-level engagements.
• Experience working in global delivery models with enterprise clients.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Relevant Azure or Power Platform certifications
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to key industry verticals: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail.
• Hands-on knowledge of Defender suite, Endpoint Management, Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code for Modern Workplace deployments.
