Job Responsibilities:
Handle sales of TVS two-wheelers, primarily ICE vehicles, at the showroom.
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain vehicle models, features, pricing, finance options and applicable offers.
Conduct appropriate follow-ups with prospective customers and work towards conversion.
Coordinate the sales process through booking and delivery.
Maintain customer and sales follow-up records.
Work towards assigned sales targets.
Provide a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
