Key Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) ChaRM and ALM
- Configure and support Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes including normal change, urgent change, and transport management
- Hands-on experience in SolMan setup, configuration, and administration
- Manage end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes within SAP landscape
- Work on solution documentation, ITSM, incident and problem management
- Integrate SolMan with other SAP and non-SAP systems
- Strong understanding of transport management system (TMS) and ChaRM workflows
- Experience in monitoring, testing, and release management
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and implement requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
