As part of the Core Engineering Team at Solifi, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference by being a part of the development team that builds products used by our clients around the world. We have a wide range of interesting challenges to work on, from well-established monolith applications to microservices.

About the Position As a Fullstack Developer at Solifi, you will design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will work on model-driven apps, portals, Canvas apps, and integrations using C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

You will collaborate closely with analysts, product management, QA, DevOps, and client services to deliver high-quality solutions for the Asset Finance and Leasing industry. You’ll leverage Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure DevOps to implement efficient workflows, dashboards, and CI/CD processes.

Role and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 model-driven apps, portals, and Canvas apps.

Build full stack web applications using C#/.NET for backend services and JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery for front-end development.

Implement Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems via APIs and SDKs.

Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and release management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, product management, QA, client services, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and performance standards.

Contribute to solution architecture and design discussions, adhering to best practices for scalability, maintainability, and security.

Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to support team growth and technical excellence.

Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and cloud technologies to continuously improve solutions and processes.

About You

You are a full stack developer experienced in C#/.NET and JavaScript, with strong skills in HTML, CSS, and jQuery. You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, model-driven apps, Canvas apps, and portals. You are comfortable designing architectures, writing clean code, and implementing DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines and version control. You are passionate about building high-quality solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, product, and client services. You are highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies, solve complex problems, and contribute to fast-paced, innovative projects. You thrive in team environments, sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and supporting continuous improvement of development processes. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions that meet customer needs. Required Skills & Experience: Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (Model-driven, Canvas, Portals). C#/.NET and full stack web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery). Power Automate, Power BI, and API/SDK integrations. Azure DevOps and source control concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Experience in Asset Finance or commercial lending industry
