Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role based in Chennai, with some scope for remote work. As a SolidWorks Designer Intern, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings, developing machine designs, and supporting research and development efforts. The role will involve leveraging Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, collaborating with the engineering team, and contributing to innovative projects in agricultural equipment design.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and SolidWorks
- Technical Drawing and Machine Design skills
- Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles
- Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D) within the agricultural or engineering field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices is an advantage
