Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SolidWorks Design Engineer specializing in Sheet Metal design at B3 MACBIS LIMITED. The role is based in Cherthala and involves creating detailed designs and models using SolidWorks software. The engineer will develop sheet metal components, review and optimize product designs, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and ensure compliance with design and industry standards. Additional tasks include troubleshooting design issues and delivering high-quality engineering drawings for manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design to conceptualize and create innovative product designs.
• Strong expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), particularly with extensive hands-on experience in SolidWorks for sheet metal design.
• Solid knowledge in Mechanical Engineering to analyze and optimize mechanical systems and designs as required.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sheet metal design or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
