Service Management Engineer

Skills: SDC system maintenance, server Virtualization Infrastructure, VMWare & Hypervisor, Management of server Infrastructure services & SDC system maintenance including server Virtualization Infrastructure server storage configuration, VMWare & Hypervisor, load balancing of Servers, backup configuration etc. Responsible for system configuration, scalability, performance tuning, load balancing of Servers, OS Administration / Management, troubleshooting & debugging and Monitoring of Servers & system services. Define back-up plan for storing and retrieving of data, maintain Virtual Servers, physical Servers and also Responsible in resolving the realtime (RT) requests raised by users as per SLA. Manage 2500 + Servers on VM ware cloud technology . Team management of 15+ , Customer management , Capacity planing and ISO process adherence. MCSE /Vm ware/ 8+ years of exp/BE/BTech Additional information Qualification/Certfication/Experience - Mandatory
