UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

● Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and
aligned with brand guidelines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers,
to gather requirements and deliver designs that meet user needs and business goals.
● Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe
XD, or similar.
● Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
● Provide design specifications, assets, and guidelines to developers to ensure seamless
implementation.
● Participate in design reviews, critiques, and workshops to share ideas and gain insights.

Preferred Skills:

● Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, including wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
● Knowledge of UX principles and methodologies.
● Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills. .
● Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
● Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
