This part-time, in-person role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support our team and clients with exceptional administrative skills.</div><div>Hours M-F 9am -2PM.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.</li>
<li>Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.</li>
<li>Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing systems.</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked.</li>
<li>Support bookkeeping and invoicing tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and project management.</li>
