We believe and invest in personal growth. About your future team Transaction Banking Operations is the pulsating heart inside Solaris. We own a handful of tasks, being responsible for both internal and external business operations requests. We work closely with Tech, Product and Compliance teams as well as third-party providers. Our main goal is to ensure the daily business operations are running smoothly. Your main contribution would be to support us in daily reconciliation procedures as well as getting involved in improvement and automation initiatives. Your Role Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues and Chargebacks and Fraud Management Process Chargebacks for both consumer and unauthorized disputes and monitor all operational processes Project managing parts of Card Operations to build scalable processes or drive automation initiatives Timely incident management with involvement of senior stakeholders Cross collaboration with Product, AFC and Risk functions to help achieve the team’s goals Vendor management with our different card providers You support in training new team members and actively participate in knowledge sharing among your peers We'd love to see Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. You have at least 2 years working experience in a banking environment, preferably in processing Chargebacks/ Dispute Resolution process Strong analytical skills, especially in SQL is preferred Professional working proficiency in English language skill, German language proficiency is a strong plus You demonstrate strong ownership for your work, for driving project and process improvements.
