As we continue to expand our operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, we are looking for motivated and dedicated Solar Technicians to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Assemble and install module mounting structures.
- Install solar panels, inverters, DCDBs, ACDBs, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Perform DC and AC cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power plants.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain site documentation and report daily work progress.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in solar PV installation and maintenance.
- Freshers with practical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
- Ability to use electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
