Key Responsibilities
• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, and electrical wiring
• Perform on-site inspections and system assessments before installation
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and performance checks of solar systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in solar PV systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repair work when required
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and electrical diagrams
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams during execution
• Maintain installation tools, equipment, and service records
• Travel to project sites as required
Required Qualifications
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field
• Basic knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and electrical wiring
• Understanding of electrical safety procedures and equipment handling
• Ability to work at heights and outdoor project locations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing industry
Preferred Skills
• Experience in rooftop solar installation projects
• Knowledge of inverter configuration and net metering systems
• Familiarity with solar maintenance and troubleshooting
• Prior experience in renewable energy or EPC projects
Experience
• Experienced candidates can apply
