Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Technician located in Noida. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems. Key responsibilities include inspections, system repairs, and ensuring optimal power generation performance. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet safety and quality standards, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and reports for completed tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Solar Systems and the Solar Industry
- Technical expertise in Solar Power and Power Generation systems
- Skills in Troubleshooting and identifying system inefficiencies
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of safety and quality standards
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Certification or technical training in renewable energy systems is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
