Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Technician based in Bhopal. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and assisting in the commissioning of solar and hybrid energy systems. The role involves collaborating closely with team members and adhering to safety standards to deliver high-quality renewable energy solutions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Solar Systems, Solar Power, and their design and installation
- Familiarity with the Solar Industry and current renewable energy trends
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to power generation systems
- Understanding of Power Generation processes and associated safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and schematics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work on-site and in various weather conditions
- Relevant certifications or training in renewable energy technologies is a plus
- Diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred
