Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced professionals from the Solar and Electrical industry who can train, mentor, and guide field teams, trainees, and operational staff involved in solar installation, maintenance, and project execution activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical and practical training sessions on solar systems and electrical safety
• Train field engineers and project trainees on installation and maintenance procedures
• Develop operational training materials and assessment methods
• Support practical demonstrations and site-based learning activities
• Monitor trainee performance and provide technical guidance
• Coordinate with operations and project teams for technical upskilling
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of solar systems and electrical fundamentals
• Practical experience in solar installation and maintenance
• Training, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• MS Excel, reporting, and digital coordination capability
• Ability to travel and conduct field-level training sessions
Eligibility:
• B.Tech / ITI Electrical or relevant background
• Minimum 4 – 6 years relevant industry experience preferred
• Prior field exposure mandatory
