Job Title: Solar Technical Engineer
Location: Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and technically sound Solar Technical Engineer to handle solar PV system design, project execution, and technical documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering designs, supporting project execution activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare technical designs and maintain project execution files
• Design complete solar PV systems including SLD (Single Line Diagram), GA drawings, structure design, cable routing, earthing layouts, and plumbing layouts
• Perform shadow analysis and support 3D system design
• Coordinate with project execution teams for smooth implementation
• Ensure compliance with MNRE, DISCOM, and safety regulations
• Assist in preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), technical calculations, and project documentation
• Monitor installation quality and technical specifications during execution
• Maintain project records, drawings, and technical files
Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical fundamentals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Layout tools
• Understanding of SLD preparation, electrical systems, protection systems, and cable sizing
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and Excel calculations
• Strong technical documentation and file management skills
• Problem-solving and project coordination abilities
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in Solar Design, Technical Engineering, or Project Execution
