🔧 We're Hiring: Site Technician – Solar O&M
Vyomaa Energy Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Singur, Purushottampur, West Bengal – 712409 (On-site, full-time)
We're looking for a hands-on Site Technician to manage day-to-day operations & maintenance of our solar rooftop plant in West Bengal.
What You'll Do:
→ Daily plant monitoring, inspection & performance tracking
→ Module cleaning supervision & schedule adherence
→ Inverter, string, and DC/AC side troubleshooting
→ Earthing & lightning arrester periodic checks
→ Cable tray, junction box & connector inspections
→ Attending to plant breakdowns & fault rectification
→ Maintaining daily generation logs, MIS reports & site registers
→ Coordinating with DISCOM/utility for grid-related issues
→ Daily reporting to the operations team
What We Need:
→ ITI Electrician (mandatory)
→ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Solar O&M (rooftop or ground-mount)
→ Working knowledge of inverters (string/central), module-level issues & AC/DC systems
→ Ability to read basic SLDs and electrical drawings
→ Comfortable with multimeter, clamp meter & IR thermography basics
→ Good communication for daily site reporting
→ Must be willing to stay on-site at Singur, West Bengal
