Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Site Manager based in Bengaluru. The Solar Site Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar power installation projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring safety protocols, troubleshooting operational matters, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. The role requires individuals to act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries, facilitate smooth communication, and uphold excellent performance standards on-site.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage on-site teams effectively with Min.1 year experience
- Knowledge of Power Generation and experience working with Solar Plants
- Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timeline management
- Proven ability in Team Leadership, motivating teams, and ensuring a collaborative work environment
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements in utility-scale solar projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Previous experience in managing solar energy projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
