- You are an Engineer working in Solar Industry in Service Support and managing O&M for solar rooftop projects
- Willing to work full time from our Kolkata Office
- We have 2 posiitons open with Salary in the range of Rs 25,000 to 40,000 per month
Solar Service Manager- Oversee end-to-end after-sales service operations for all solar installations
- Lead and manage the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Monitor and enforce turnaround time (TAT) for service request closure
- Develop and implement troubleshooting protocols and service SOPs
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical or customer issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service management and communication
- Analyze recurring issues and drive continuous improvement in system performance and service quality
O&M Engineer (Solar Rooftop)- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for multiple rooftop solar installations
- Monitor system performance and track daily/weekly energy generation
- Schedule and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimize system downtime
- Ensure proper module cleaning schedules and site upkeep for optimal performance
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for system issues
- Maintain service records, reports, and performance logs for all assigned projects

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in solar energy projects, particularly rooftop solar installation, operation, and maintenance
- Familiarity with system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving
- Proficiency in team management, coordination, and client communication
