Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Sales & Marketing professional based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will focus on driving sales and marketing initiatives in the solar energy sector, including prospecting and acquiring clients for solar projects. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, educating potential clients on solar solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and working collaboratively with teams to achieve revenue targets. The candidate will also analyze market trends, track leads, and oversee project proposals and contracts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems
- Understanding of Wind Energy and Power Generation
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in client relationship management and lead generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or a related field
- A background in renewable energy or a related industry is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
