Role Description
The Solar Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. The role involves driving sales in the solar energy sector, developing and maintaining client relationships, providing customized solutions, and meeting revenue targets. The manager will identify new business opportunities, prepare sales strategies, and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients. Ongoing responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, overseeing market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless project delivery process.
Qualifications
- Sales expertise including consultative selling, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and lead conversion.
- Knowledge of the solar energy sector, including industry regulations, technical know-how, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with operational teams, and oversee seamless execution of solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in renewable energy sales is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Kadapa, Tirupathi).
- A results-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
