Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Manager, based in Kochi. The Solar Sales Manager will focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans, actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing client accounts. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing and delivering presentations or proposals, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in the renewable energy industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and knowledge in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
- Familiarity with renewable energy solutions, particularly solar energy systems, and energy efficiency strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for sales strategy and client solutions
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Previous experience in renewable energy or solar industries is highly desirable
