Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Sales Lead, located in South Delhi. The Solar Sales Lead will oversee sales operations, engaging with potential clients to determine solar energy needs, providing tailored solutions, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, achieving sales targets, supervising a team, and staying updated on industry trends to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Solar Power systems and the Solar Industry
- Experience in Solar Systems installation and management
- Familiarity with Power Generation and Renewable Energy technologies like Wind Energy
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in client relationship management
- Background in engineering or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in renewable energy sales or leadership roles is highly valued
