Job description:
- Job Title: Solar Sales Executive
- Location: [Faridabad / Haryana, UP, Punjab, UK]
- Experience: 0–1 Year
- Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA (Sales/Marketing)
- Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
- Candidates looking to start a career in the Solar & Renewable Energy industry
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer electricity requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
- Explain ROI, subsidy benefits, and project details to customers.
- Conduct site visits with the engineering team.
- Follow up with prospective customers until project closure.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Customer handling ability
- Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems
- MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Whatsapp proficiency
- Willingness to travel for field sales
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (Preferred)
