Role Overview- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer who can convert leads into paying customers. Your main role will be to handle warm leads, build trust, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities (Detailed)- Lead Handling & ConversionHandle all assigned leads (inbound + outbound) professionally
- Connect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
- Convert interested leads into confirmed customers
- Sales ClosingUnderstand customer needs and pain points
- Present the right solution (solar / services)
- Handle objections confidently and close deals
- Follow-up ManagementMaintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Ensure no lead is missed or delayed
- Move leads through the sales pipeline efficiently
- Target AchievementAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain consistent performance and conversion ratio
- Focus on revenue generation and growth
- Customer CommunicationBuild trust and strong relationships with customers
- Maintain professional and polite communication
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Product KnowledgeLearn and understand company offerings (Solar, Services, etc.)
- Explain benefits, pricing, and ROI clearly to customers
- Stay updated with new offers and schemes
- CRM & ReportingUpdate all lead details in CRM system regularly
- Track call status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Negotiation & Deal FinalizationNegotiate pricing within company guidelines
- Finalize deals while maintaining company margins
- Ensure smooth payment and onboarding process
- Coordination with TeamWork with technical/installation team for project execution
- Share accurate customer information internally
- Ensure smooth handover after closing
- Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services
- Suggest better packages or upgrades to customers
- Increase overall ticket size per customer
- Handling Objections & Rejections
- Manage customer doubts and concerns professionally
- Convert โnot interestedโ leads into potential opportunities
- Learn from rejections and improve pitch
- Time & Productivity Management
- Manage daily calling schedule efficiently
- Prioritize high-potential leads
- Maintain discipline while working from home
