Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Executive located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves identifying and contacting potential clients, promoting solar energy solutions, and providing consultations. The Sales Executive will also handle sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and work closely with clients to ensure a smooth transition toward adopting solar energy. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales skills: Strong ability in sales planning, lead generation, and client prospecting.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and provide suitable solutions effectively.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the renewable energy or related industry is an advantage.
