Role Description
Helium Solar is seeking a full-time Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kanpur. In this on-site role, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, providing tailored solar solutions, conducting consultations to understand customer energy needs, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. Additionally, the consultant will educate clients about the financial and environmental benefits of solar power and ensure thorough follow-up throughout the sales and project implementation process.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Consulting, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
- Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service skills, with a client-centric approach
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution development, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur as a part of a collaborative and goal-oriented team
- Experience in renewable energy or solar power sales is a strong advantage
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and comfort in a fast-paced sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
