- As a Solar Course Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to solar energy systems, technologies, and applications.
- Your role will involve imparting knowledge and skills to individuals interested in entering the solar energy industry or professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in the field.
- Conducting practical demonstrations and assessments to ensure participants grasp theoretical concepts and practical applications effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements, trends, and regulations in the solar PV industry through continuous learning and research.
- Build and maintain professional networks with industry experts, manufacturers, suppliers, and training organizations to enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.
- Offer technical support and assistance to participants encountering challenges during sessions or practical exercises.
- Offer post training support to participants if required, Address queries related to solar PV technology, system design, equipment selection, and safety protocols.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in solar PV technology, such as NSDC’s TOT (National Skill Development Corporation of India) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar PV technology, including system components, design principles, installation techniques, and performance optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
