We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager – EPC Execution
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred
We are looking to connect with an experienced Solar Project Manager based in Maharashtra who brings strong expertise in solar EPC project execution, particularly in C&I rooftop projects. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on site execution and are keen to grow into ground-mounted solar projects as part of future expansion.
About the Role -
You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of rooftop solar EPC projects, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through commissioning. The role requires strong technical understanding, on-ground leadership, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For -
- 7+ years of experience in solar EPC project execution
- Strong hands-on experience in C&I rooftop solar projects (primary focus)
- Exposure to ground-mounted solar projects (good to have / future scope)
- Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning at site
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Currently based in Maharashtra
- Available to join immediately or within 30 days
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead execution of rooftop solar EPC projects end-to-end
- Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and site activities
- Oversee installation, electrical work, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and technical standards
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Address site challenges proactively and manage risks
- Support smooth project handover after commissioning
