We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager – EPC Execution
📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra
About the Role :-
We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Solar Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of C&I rooftop solar EPC projects. The role also offers opportunities to work on ground-mounted solar projects in the future as part of ongoing expansion.
This position requires strong on-site leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from planning through commissioning.
What We’re Looking For :-
- 7+ years of experience in Solar EPC execution
- Strong hands-on experience in C&I rooftop solar projects (mandatory)
- Exposure to ground-mounted solar projects is an added advantage / future scope
- Proven experience in on-site execution, installation, and commissioning
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Must be currently based in Maharashtra
- Availability: Immediate joiner or within 30 days notice period
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead execution of C&I rooftop solar EPC projects end-to-end
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Supervise on-site activities including installation, electrical works, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and safety guidelines
- Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Identify risks early and support timely resolution of on-site challenges
- Manage scope changes and ensure smooth execution flow
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and successful project handover
- Track project costs and optimize resource utilization for efficiency and profitability
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
Additional Note :-
We are specifically looking for candidates who are available to join within a short notice period (immediate to 30 days) and who are currently based in Maharashtra, as the role requires strong on-ground presence at Pune project sites.
