We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager – EPC Execution (Pune, Maharashtra)
We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead the execution of C&I solar projects, with a strong emphasis on rooftop installations.
Requirements :
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Solar EPC project execution.
- Extensive hands-on experience in rooftop solar projects is essential
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- Must be currently based in Maharashtra
- Must be an immediate joiner or available within 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects, with primary responsibility for rooftop projects
- Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to schedules
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including installation, electrical works, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and operational challenges
- Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client communication
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project handover
- Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization to maintain profitability
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in on-site project management and team handling
- In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, especially rooftop execution
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver projects within strict timelines
- Highly accountable, execution-driven, and detail-oriented
